Over View:  Sleeps 7 in 3 staterooms. There are 3 owner and guest staterooms including 3 guest heads and 3 guest showers.



Guest Cabin
  HEAD, Below Deck Forward Starboard : Highlights: Head; Stall shower. The private Forward Cabin Head has a teak vanity with two doors below the sink and a mirrored medicine cabinet door above. The toilet is a Galleymaid model. The stall shower has a tempered glass door, molded seat, clothesline, clear plexiglass opening porthole, light and a hand held or wall mountable shower fixture. Also in the Head is a vinyl sole, exhaust fan and AC & DC lighting. Below Deck Forward:Highlights :(2) Single berths; V-berth.  The very large Forward Cabin has a divided rope/chain locker forward concealed behind cabinet doors. Each berth has a reading light, an upholstered mattress cover and pillow shams.  There is a padded hull liner outboard of each berth. The berths have a porthole on each side with two drawers on each side with a cabinet in the centerline step.  Aft to port is a hanging locker with an auto light. Aft to starboard is the entrance to the en suite head.  Also in this cabin is a large teak framed opening overhead hatch with screen; Cruiseair A/C controls and a stereo volume control with two stereo speakers.  2 Teak bookcases.  
Guest Stateroom
Below Deck Amidship: Highlights: (2) Single berths.  Just aft of the Forward Cabin is the large Guest cabin with twin lower berths, each with two large drawers below. Between them is a vanity with six drawers, a Corian top and a large mirror above. There are two portholes with drapes above the berth. Each berth has a reading light. Forward of the outboard berth is a full size hanging locker with auto light. Next forward is access to the en suite Guest Head.  Also in this cabin are stereo speakers with AC and DC lighting and an updated Cruiseair SMX AIC control.   HEAD,Below Deck Port:Highlights: Head; Stall shower.  The teak vanity has two doors below and a Corian counter top and sink and two sliding mirrored medicine cabinet doors above. The toilet is a (new 2007) Rairtan Atlantes model.  The stall shower has a molded seat, tempered glass door, obscured opening porthole, light and a hand held or wall mountable shower fixture.  A second door into this Head at the base of the Pilothouse steps lets it serve as the Day Head as well.  Also in the Head is a teak vinyl sole, AC fluorescent lighting, DC incandescent lighting, exhaust fan and a clothesline.
Main Deck:Highlights: At the top of the stairs from the guest accommodations is the full width Pilothouse with sliding entry doors port and starboard. The helm is centerline with the yachts main electric panel and generator panel.  Aft is a four person bench seat that can double as a watch berth. Below are two chart drawers, a pullout footrest, two large storage drawers and two large storage cabinets. Above are two more breaker panels behind teak doors. Deck Amidship: Highlights:   Aft to port are the curved steps to the Master Stateroom and built in entertainment center containing:DVD and VCR, Kenwood AM/FM tuner/amplifier, Yamaha compact CD changer, Speaker selector switch Sanyo 21" Color TV with Remote.  Centerline aft is the door to the Aft Deck. To starboard is a couch to seat four with storage below. To port are 2 Lazy-Boy chairs. The Salon has a carpeted sole, drapes with valance boards, DC halogen lighting overhead and an updated Cruiseair SMX A/C control with dual evaporators.  
Master Stateroom
Below Deck Aft: Highlights:   Double berth; Single berth.  Aft down the private stairs to the Master Stateroom. To port is a single berth, two large drawers under the berth and storage outboard behind sliding panel doors. Above are two opening screened portholes with drapes.  To starboard is a double berth with mattress, two large drawers below and storage behind sliding panel doors.  Above are two opening screened portholes with drapes.  Between the berths aft is a chest with nine drawers and a cabinet. Above is a Corian countertop and mirrored bulkhead. Over each berth are sliding upholstered Soji screens. Forward of the double berth is access to the private Head. Forward of the single berth is a large walk in hanging locker.  Also in this cabin are stereo speakers with Rheostat, updated Cruiseair SMX A/C controls, overhead lighting and a carpeted sole.  
Master Stateroom Head
Below Deck Aft Starboard: Highlights:   Head; Tub w/shower.  The private Master Head has a teak vanity with two sliding doors and two drawers below and a Corian sink and countertop above. The medicine cabinet is to port. The toilet is a Galleymaid head. The tub has a tempered glass double folding door, a hand held or wall mountable shower fixture, a clothesline and an opening obscured glass porthole. Also in the Head is AC fluorescent lighting, DC incandescent lighting, an exhaust fan and a carpeted sole.

Construction Notes: Complete Hull and Topsides lmron 333 Industrial Paint in 2001 in excellent condition. Bottom paint 3 coats of Petit Ultima SR in January 2004. Repainted bottom in 2006, 2008 and.2010 New carpet in salon and master (2008) Redecorated in 2008   Of further note is the customized fuel transfer/crossover system allowing both engines to draw from any one tank underway while changing the other filter. Fuel can also be transferred to or recirculated in any tank through the DeBug .fuel cleaning system.

MARIAH has benefited by a very knowledgeable owner who has tirelessly maintained and upgraded the vessel during his 5 year ownership making this Classic Hatteras 58LRC well worth your inspection. Mariah has the 4 most desirable features of the Hatteras LRC: GM 6/71 engines instead of 4/71. Can cruise at 1300 RPM instead of 1600 RPM on 4/71. Custom Hatteras built enclosed aft deck with its own A/C system. Galley has the counter top and storage instead of the enclosed toilet and sink. Welded aluminum bridge cover instead of light SS Bimini top.
