Please allow us the opportunity to introduce 'Attitude' to you today and PREPARE TO BE IMPRESSED!

'Attitude' , commissioned in March 1999, is an extremely well equipped sailing yacht. She was designed and commissioned for self-sufficient operation to include long term extended cruising. She has been set up for either single-handed or couple sailing as all on-deck operations can be executed from the safety of the well protected cockpit. 'Attitude' is an excellent example of modern yacht design with all the creature comforts of home. Her layout features a split cabin with adjoining head & shower enclosure. 'Attitude' was customized with features not found in a standard Saga, including the following: Forward facing chart table w/ dedicated seat, a watertight forward bulkhead, hard Dodger & Bimini to keep the weather away from the cockpit, an arch for carrying the dinghy and antennas, two large capacity electrical bilge pumps and two manual bilge pumps and diverter values on the shower sumps for further water removal from the yacht if ever needed. All additions are well thought out and professionally integrated. The interior layout features a three cabin arrangement with forward master suite and private head and aft cabin with adjoining head and shower enclosure. The varnished cherry interior wood work is finished to a yacht standard. The cabin sole is varnished teak with contrasting inlay and was refinished in 2010. MASTER STATEROOM: The forward master stateroom features a generous sized Pullman berth with custom mattress and bookshelf outboard. Opposite are cedar-lined hanging lockers, storage cabinets, six dresser drawers and vanity which provide excellent storage. One overhead hatch with Ocean Air screen and blind combination built-in overhead and two ports provide light and ventilation. SALON: Two settees ergonomically designed for maximum comfort with new 5” cushions covered in designer fabric throughout the salon and nav station (2010). On 'Attitude' the starboard settee has been shortened to accommodate the forward-facing chart table. Owner has designed a removable pipe cot above the port settee for use as a second sea berth. Deluxe drop-leaf table has a center storage section. Additional storage is provided in lockers behind and bookshelves and lockers outboard of settees. Overhead grab rails are located throughout the salon. The entertainment items include: cable television and phone jacks; LED HD TV (2010), Dual CD/AM/FM stereo system with MP3 Player input. Concealed safe. Ocean Air screen and blind combinations built-in on overhead hatches. GUEST STATEROOM: The guest stateroom is aft with cherry wood privacy door and large double berth with 4” foam covered in designer fabric. Both the aft head and forward head have ‘seamless sanitary unit construction’ with hot and cold showers, molded sinks, mirror, storage cabinets, and marine heads. Both heads are Raritan electric PHE heads with holding tanks and overboard discharge. Halogen lights in headliner with dimmer switches in main salon and master cabin.
