Accomodations
Entry from the back deck is through a large stainless framed glass door. In the main salon there are two couches to either side for comfortable seating for entertaining, a large “U” shaped couch to starboard with a coffee table and a smaller bench seat on the other side. The cocktail table is Hi-Lo to change from a cocktail table to a dining table. This set up gives room for three couples to enjoy this air conditioned area with good sized windows for natural light and a good view of outside. Across from the larger couch is an entertainment center with icemaker, refrigerator, bottle and glass storage and older TV. Forward of the couch is a lower helm station, just large enough for comfortable use in inclement weather but not taking up too much room. Located at the helm are twin helm  seats for  seating for two, full engine instrumentation, electric engine controls with engine RPM synchronizer, hydraulic steering, bow thruster control, Northstar 951 GPS, Autohelm depth finder, Shipmate VHF radio Furuno 48 mile radar, remote control spotlight, Autohelm automatic pilot. Electric panels with meters and circuit breakers are located here for convenience. Forward and down a few steps is the galley with a recent refrigerator freezer, ceramic top stove with three burners, Avonite counters, stainless sink, and microwave convection oven. Forward of the galley is a dinette table with easy room for 4 or 5 and storage in the bench seating and two extra upholstered stools for more seating.
Master Stateroom
The master stateroom is forward and has a centerline queen berth. The master head is ensuite with a stall shower and VacuFlush toilet. The overhead hatch and side portholes allow natural light in and can give cross ventilation when the air conditioning and heat are not needed.
Guest Stateroom
The guest stateroom has two twin berths for the most versatility for guests.
Deck
The back deck has had all of the teak replaced alone with the teak on the swim platform and also on the stairs to the flybridge.  Those stairs to the bridge are six steps of molded fiberglass rather than a ladder for easy access. The back deck cockpit area has a bench seat with steps to port and starboard to help in boarding the boat from the sides. To the stern is a molded fiberglass door to give access to the swim platform for a more secure feeling while underway than a metal gate. The remote engine controls plug in is located in the starboard compartment, A secure wired system that allows the boat operator to stand on the back deck when backing into a slip. This remote controls allows forward and reverse of the engines along with the bow thruster. Access to the lazarette or aft storage area is from a hatch here and the combination washer dryer and also the generator is here. With the generator so far aft it is hard to know that the generator is running from the master stateroom.
