- $50,000 PRICE REDUCTION IN JULY - The price has been reduced $150,000 in the last 10 months! “Chloe” is hull number 3 of the newly designed (6+ built to date) DeFever 50’ Cockpit Motor Yacht, featuring a wide 16’ Beam, 50’ 10” L.O.A., with spacious living areas inside and out. This vessel has been kept under cover since new and shows better than a “new” boat! She is powered by a pair of John Deere 6068 SFM50 300 HP diesel engines (only 400 hours) with electronic controls at both the upper and lower helm stations. The Westerbeke 12.5 KW generator (with sound shield) has 542 hours. The engine room is accessed from the forward stateroom and everything is neatly laid out and accessible. There is a Garmin GC10 camera which displays on the 4212 chart plotter. There is a full complement of electronics at both helm stations including Garmin 4212 Chart Plotter with GSD 22 sounder and GXM 51 XM weather, Garmin GWS 10 & GWI 10 wind vane, Garmin GMR 404 72 mile Radar with open array, ICOM M504 VHFs, Simrad AP 28 auto pilot, ACR class B AIS system, ACR RCL 100D remote searchlight, ACR Global-fix Pro EPIRB with GPS, KVH M 5 Sat. TV. Bow Thruster controls at both helm stations as well! The radar arch is hinged and can be easily lowered for a Great Loop trip! Two staterooms, each with private en-suite fresh water heads, separate shower stalls. Aft is the spacious master stateroom, with king size bed, has ample walk around room, five hanging lockers, numerous drawers and storage and a Toshiba 26” TV with DVD player. Off the master suite is an enclosed area there is a front loading, full size washer, separate dryer, ample storage and shelving. Forward is the private guest suite with a V-berth (makes a Queen sized bed with the filler in place), double hanging locker and ample storage in drawers and cabinets. The salon is large and open with three convenient access doors, large windows with wood mini blinds for privacy. A central vacuum system, teak bar stools, teak hi/lo table, Bose LS v10 HT surround sound XM/Stereo/CD system and Samsung 32” LCD TV (Direct TV) with Samsung Blu-Ray Player make entertaining and living aboard very comfortable. The efficient galley does not lack for amenities. With a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer under the counter to starboard, double sink, electric stove with oven and enough teak cabinetry above and below granite counter tops to stock the galley for long cruises. There is also a microwave/convection oven, trash compactor and three Teak bar stools. The flooring is teak and holly. The Fly-Bridge is very large, with ample seating for 8 or more, not including the Helm and Pilot chairs! There is a great deal of available storage, a Refrigerator/Freezer unit, Custom “Captains Navy” Sunbrella seat cushions and a Bimini top. The aft deck is full width, has a table with four chairs, and is suitable for additional deck furniture. A wet bar with icemaker, a pass through window from the galley and a Catalina BBQ grill on the aft deck making it very convenient to entertain guests. The generous side and fore deck areas allow plenty of space for line and anchor handling. All deck hardware is of top quality. Molded non-skid decks along with fiberglass window frames/doors and stainless steel handrails allow for more cruising time and less maintenance. The spacious 4 foot cockpit is great for the occasional fisherman or those wanting easier access to the water. The spacious cockpit has a hot & cold fresh water shower, a large Lazarette below the cockpit sole handles additional storage and provides easy access to the steering gear. There is a cockpit door which leads to a wide swim platform w/ stainless steel ladder runs the width of the boat. The Caribe DL 11 RIB tender, with cover, is powered by a 30 HP, 4-stroke Honda engine and can be easily lowered and raised by the Steelhead 800 electric Davit from its UMT chocks (removable) on the aft deck hardtop.
