General Details

PRICE REDUCED $60,000 from original asking price, owner is very motivated! This is truly the best Grand Banks 52 Europa on the market, making her a "must see" for anyone who is seriously in the market for a stunning one of a kind custom trawler with the legendary Grand Banks pedigree.

This GB 52 is a very custom Europa model. Delivered in December of 1998. This was the third Grand Banks for the original owner and had this 52 designed with comfort and amenities. Aiwaly has teak and holly floors thru out every cabin, solid teak cabinetry not veneers used in every cabin on board.

When you board the main salon you know you are in a different design for Grand Banks. The salon seating area has two large leather seating areas with full storage compartments built under the seating. The large entertainment center built into the HVAC system has a 42” LED television incorporated with full satellite, DVD and sound system through out the boat. The galley area is a wide open design with a 48” wide custom wine/glass storage area under the port seating bar which also has many hidden storage compartments built in overhead and on the side of the custom twin refrigerators recently upgraded to 12v Seafrost refrigeration units.

The master stateroom is the only one designed forward in the bow with beam to beam design, two heads and a sunken bath tub/ shower. This custom stateroom has 7 larges hatches making for a bright and airy stateroom with great ventilation. Many redundant systems have been built in for cruising independence and the aft tool shop with spares is built for independent living on board.

As you will see Aiwaly exudes quality and comfort. The current owners have lived aboard her for 8 years and the boat has proven to be the perfect liveaboard providing them a year round home on the water. However, the time has come to move back ashore so now you have an opportunity to own this remarkable yacht. Contact us today to learn more or schedule an appointment to view Aiwaly in person.
