General Details

The Tales Gone Wild is a 68 Hatteras Convertible with an open bridge and tuna tower.  Well known for their outstanding fishing capability coupled with luxurious comfort and amenities for extensive travelling, this 68 Hatteras is a must see.  Placed into service in 2010, this 68 Hatteras has Caterpillar Platinum Plus engine warranty through November 16, 2014 and the balance of the original  "major component" warranty extends to November 16, 2015.  There is a  long list of options for the serious fisherman.  Her 21.6' beam allows for motoryacht type living space and her full beam Master stateroom is truly beautiful.  A huge cockpit with an air-conditioned mezzanine and teak cockpit provides for a great fishing platform.  Captain and mate have kept the Tales Gone Wild in first-class condition. Currently hauled at Jarrett Bay Boatworks.

Forward Cabin Layout
This is a four stateroom and four head layout.  Leaving the galley area, six steps down, the full-beam master stateroom is aft.  Forward and to port is a full head with stall shower.  Forward and to port is the crew's stateroom with upper/lower berths. Forward is the washer/dryer closet and forward of that is the forward VIP stateroom with private ensuite head to port.  Aft of the forward VIP stateroom is a full head and Guest stateroom with side by side sliding berths.
