General Details

WHAT A GREAT WAY TO SPEND A DAY OR A WEEKEND.

Having only been used in freshwater lakes up until July of 2013, this nice Ciera 2855 shows virtually no effects of having been in saltwater.

The Bayliner has been trailered and is no longer in the slip. The trailer is in fantastic condition and has new guide-ons.

When entering this beauty from the large swim platform, you'll notice a large bench seat in the lower cockpit, storage and engine hatch. One step up to the bridge you will find a spacious "U" shaped settee adjacent to the swivel Captains Chair at the helm.

The clean engine room shows the effect of having been used in freshwater for so many years. This Bayliner 2855 Ciera has enough fuel capacity coupled with the 7.4 liter (454 CID) Mercruiser powerplant to get you where you want to go with speed and style. Per seller, the engine runs perfectly and is ready to go. The helm includes a trim indicator, fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge, temp gauge, voltage gauge, hour meter, speedometer and tachometer. Also on the helm are a Hummingbird fishfinder, accessory rocker switches, and a Raytheon Ray 45 VHF radio.

Below decks in the well appointed cabin are full head with shower, galley with sink, stove, microwave and refrigerator, galley cabinets, a dinette that converts to a bed, a forward V berth and a nice full size Captains bunk with window looking aft into the lower cockpit.

This is a great way to spend time on the water with all the amenities of being at home.

Specifications

Condition
Engine Room is in Excellent condition. Everything looks mechanically sound. The deck is in fantastic condition. All railings, and deck hardware are in really good condition from having been only in freshwater for so long. On Deck, the aft seat is in good condition. The cockpit settee has tears in the upholstery and part of the settee has been repaired with color matched duct tape, and so it appears has the Captains Chair. The drink holder next to the settee is cracked/broken but still functional. The washdown located near the swim step appears to be missing its nozzle. The port side antenna is missing. The cabin is in fairly good condition. The tachometer is a little sticky. Sun fading on dash is normal from the sun. There are a couple dings in the gel coat, but nothing serious.
