General Details

This Donzi is an excellent example of a roomy family express cruiser whose modern styling and expansive interior make her a lot of boat for the money. This is a well-equipped and well-maintained waterfront weekender that can take you places in comfort while getting their in a timely and efficient manner! It features plenty of open deck space along with a spacious interior that is both functional and attractive. One of the first things you'll notice with this boat is the white and green striped topsides and a radar arch that adds to the boat's good looks. This boat has been kept in excellent condition and has been regularly used by her owners. With almost 500 hours on her twin 7.4L Mercruiser engines and low hours on the generator, this boat is a GREAT BUY for her next owner!!

Upon boarding the boat, you get the sense that there is an overriding sense of top-to-bottom design where the seating is positioned with entertaining in mind but also allowing your crew to move about freely. This is a function of Donzi's ability to fully integrate their amenities on their boats. There are stainless grab rails to hold onto while walking across the full-width swim platform and to the centrally located transom door, which is certainly high enough to keep the kids inside the cockpit. The boat is built on a fiberglass deep-V hull with an integrated swim platform and a molded bow pulpit. The integrated transom platform is complete with telescoping ladder, fresh water hot/cold shower, dockside freshwater hookup, and fender storage in two separate storage lockers.

Moving into the cockpit area, there are large, comfortable "half-U" shaped lounge seats located to port and starboard that can clearly entertain 6-8 guests comfortably. There are several cup and rod holders located behind each "half-U" lounge seat. The helm oversized bench seat can easily accommodate the Captain and First Mate. There is a cockpit bar with sink, faucet, and icemaker along with ample storage underneath located across from the helm on the port side. There is a molded-in step leading up to the generously appointed helm station. The wraparound windshield protects the fully equipped helm station. Within the custom molded panel there is an array of controls and a polished wheel. The radar arch is located behind the helm with stainless grab rails and built-in stereo speakers located on each side. The boat is outfitted with a wide-array of electronics. Access to the foredeck is gained by walking along the side gunwales on either the port or starboard side of the boat. There are courtesy lights to see at night, and the deck is non-skid with a sunpad sitting atop on the foredeck. The entire cockpit is enclosed with a full canvas.

Underneath the cockpit lounges is the engine room. The boat is outfitted with twin 7.4L Mercruiser I/O's that will certainly get you where you want to go in a hurry! The engines are fresh water cooled and have almost 500 hours on the twin Bravo III outdrives and engines - this is a VERY low amount of hours. There is a generator with its own battery to the starboard side in the engine room. Additionally, the engine room is outfitted with large house batteries along with a battery switch.

The highly comfortable and user-friendly helm is located in front of the cockpit seating. Your line of site is great while seated but you'll need to stand up for a few moments when you get the boat up on plane and then you'll be able to see everywhere all the time. The bench seat is adjustable as is the steering wheel. The dash panels are fitted with engine gauges covering everything from RPM to speed, oil pressure, water temperature, trim position, trim tabs and fuel. There is more than enough room to add your flush-mounted electronics. The owner has installed a VHF marine radio along with a Garmin 4212 GPS/Chartplotter/Depth to assist with daily excursions away from the dock.
Going below decks to the cabin you will enter through a sliding recessed door to the portside from the cockpit which provides a big entry into the cabin. The first thing you'll notice with the open-plan layout is that it has no surprises - there is a LOT of room inside this cabin! There is more than an abundant amount of headroom and due to the boat's 11' beam; you will certainly not be climbing around each other to move around in the cabin.

To the immediate port side when going downstairs, you'll find the molded head with handheld hot/cold shower with wall-mounted bracket, a molded sink, mirror, 120V outlet, towel rail, molded floor with drain to the sump pump, an opening hatch, overhead skylight and electric toilet.

Moving forward on the portside is the galley is equipped with a half-sized fridge/freezer big enough to keep all of your drinks and food nice and cold. There is a two-burner electric stove and microwave oven, complemented by a small amount of flat food-prep space. The sink is big enough to wash those dishes and there is more than enough cabinet storage to stow away all of those pantry items, pots & pans, and cutlery. Above the galley there are ventilation hatches with screens along with overhead hatches. The circuit-breaker panel is opposite the galley where you'll find all of the controls for the generator and other electrical systems. The dinette is immediately located across the galley on the starboard side of the cabin. The semi U-shaped lounge is big enough for four people to sit around a table with four meal settings and converts to a double berth. The boat's second hanging locker is alongside.

The forward double berth is located in front of the galley and dinette areas. This is a very large sleeping area where two can comfortably sleep. This bed rivals the aft bed for size, so neither couple should miss out on a good night's sleep. There is a ton of storage hidden under the forward bed and also the dinette. The freshwater holding tank is located underneath the forward berth. The dinette also converts to a sleeper and can comfortably sleep two adults. The aft cabin is accessed via a big opening that allows it to double as a play area for kids. There's a fully-lined hanging locker for your weekend attire and a privacy curtain at the cabin entrance. The bed offers serious sleeping space for two adults. If you count the cockpit daybeds and the convertible dinette, the boat can sleep eight people. However, it is more likely to accommodate a family of four or two couples on the separate forward and aft double beds.

Overall, this is a VERY nice boat that has A LOT to offer in amenities and options that most boats would cost you almost twice as much to get this many options. Donzi boats are known for their high performance well-built quality. With the twin 7.4L Mercruisers on this boat, you will certainly get to where you need to go in style and efficiency and will allow you to go coastal cruising running to nearby ports. This is certainly a great home away from home that is ready for her next owner! Owner is very motivated is ready to SELL!!!
