Beautiful cabin is both comfortable and functional.

Building rugged, well designed fishing boats seems to come naturally to the people at Pacemaker yachts. You could say it's in their blood and lord knows they've certainly been doing it long enough. It all started with the Leek family shortly after World War II and that tradition continued to the early 1980's when Bob Seidelmann took over the company. Bob and his team didn't want to sit on the five decades of company history. They wanted to build cutting edge sportfishing boats in NJ just like their friends at Viking, Ocean Yachts, Luhrs, and Egg Harbor

The 37 was one of the first cutting edge designs that Bob and his team produced in the early 1990's. The boat building in NJ was heating up and all the boat yards in the state were all pushing to bring the region back to it's heyday.

When the 37 Pacemaker built by Seidelmann was shared with the public she immediately became a cover girl on the major boating and offshore fishing magazines. Her stunning good looks coupled with hull design, solid glass hull construction technology, and rugged build was an instant show stopper.

The modified V hull is built like a tank with sharp entry forward to knife through the seas. The hull then tapers aft to a shallower deadrise that is deep enough to offer a smooth ride while providing lift for speed. This 37 is built like a beast that can dance ballet.

This is an opportunity to buy a true classic that performs side by side with today's boats at a very affordable price. Her engines and generator are fresh and this girl is ready to head offshore to face the weather and the fish.

If you are looking for a sportfish in the 37 range with diesel power this boat should be on your short list.
