This beautiful Beneteau Oceanis 323 was built in 2006, bought by the current owner in 2007 and commissioned in 2008. For those blue-water cruises she is very well-equipped.

Besides her beauty and functionality, her navigational equipment is first-rate and very impressive.......

The Raymarine ST-40 includes autopilot, Depth Sounder and Knotmeter. The wind is handled by the Raymarine ST-60. The plotter is Raymarine C-80 and the Raymarine radar is mast-mounted and displayed on the C80. The VHF is Icom w/ cockpit remote.

Her Navigational Lights are red and green at the bow, white at the stern and also can be found at the masthead anchor and running on the aluminum mast.

The In-mast furling Mainsail and Furling Jib are by Neil Pryde, known for their precision crafted performance and attention to detail. Pryde uses high-tech tools such as computer-aided design and manufacturing, laser cutters, and special purpose sewing platforms united to produce the finest sails. The sails have been cleaned at the end of every season during ownership.

Additionally, this Oceanis features.......

- Sunbrella Dodger
- Sunbrella Bimini
- Sunbrella covered snap-on cockpit cushions (all excellent)
- Lewmar Self-tailing Winches
- Lazarette conveniently located under starboard cockpit seat
- Easy Engine access under companionway
- Emergency Steering (Tiller)
- Lewmar Self-tailing Winches (4)
- Lewmar Ports (8 opening)
- Lewmar Hatches (2 deck)
- Pivoting Wheel, Folding Table (cockpit)
- Swim Platform with ladder and H/C water

The cabin is very roomy and comfortable with a Teak drop-leaf table with sunken bar. The galley has plenty of room to move around, not just prepare and cook. The head is probably the most spacious feature of all, with sitting area, stand-up shower and even plenty of storage.

The Aft-berth is huge, complete with fan and courtesy lights, as is the V-berth. All cushions and bedding are in excellent shape.

This is as close to 'Like New' that one could find in a well-outfitted, perfectly functioning (at last sail) blue-water sloop.

EXCELLENT! Thought that was it? All the description that was necessary? Might as well be. Pride in ownership is obvious to anyone who boards her, excepting the blind man. This sloop is not only clean, but she has very little wear in her 5 years since being commissioned a year after purchase. As previously mentioned, she was purchased by the current owner in 2007, but didn't see the salt until 2008. After that, her Yanmar hours were kept low and her hull virtually scratchless, her cabin spotless and her cockpit one could eat off. NOTES TO BUYERS: This sloop will be professionally winterized on or around Columbus Day (while the owner will be on vacation). Two weeks after that, she will be hauled ashore and her mast removed and professionally stored, along with the rest of her. DON'T WAIT ON THIS ONE.......
