To give a general idea on the condition/status of this boat: the city of Apalachicola is considering purchasing the Lady Louise and turning her into a museum.

Lady Louise was one of only a dozen or so large wooden trawlers Landry built in the decade before they ceased operation--two of the others were destroyed in hurricane Katrina. The Lady Louise is constructed of full 2" Mahogany wood planks with Cypress framing.
