Everything is new and updated Beatiful completely restored 1936 Matthews 38 Wood boat. Everything new no exchange spared, owner invested $250k to refit. See the list below what the owner has recently done to the boat: This is a partial list of what has been done to Eloise. 1. Bottom was stripped, any rotten wood was repaired (very little). 2. The bottom epoxied, added a 1/4 marine plywood, epoxied again, then I put fiberglass with an epoxy resin. 3. The boat is totally refitted with twin Diesel (Yanmar 110 hp turbo) engines shafts and rudders with two intake and exhaust fans (only one was required. About 25 hours each. 4. Propellers were adjusted. 5. New BBQ Grill. 6. Brand New Generator 7. New wood trim outside. 8. Two new Aqua Air conditioners. (16000 BTU each) 9. All of the rest of the boat repaired for wood, repaired with wood or epoxy. (new electrical panels) 10. The Bow deck and roof reinforced with marine plywood and fiberglass. 11. Inside boat was stripped and redone. 12. All new wiring for everything with Main ground and sacrificial Zinc. 13. Reupholstered all seats and benches. 14. Re fitted and cleaned copper gas tanks. 15. Re fitted floor to accommodate new engines and generator. 16. Re did inside panels and gutters in salon. 17. New counter tops and table top (Corian). 18. 4 new Bilge pumps and plumbing. 19. New Electronic toilet. ($3,000.00) 20. New Canvas covers and sun block covers. 21. New lighting. 22. New Garmin GPS - the best 9 inch they had (2,700.00) 23.
