Previous 30 years of maintenance records available.

Older 8' fiberglass dingy with a 6.5 Johnson engine that will be going with the purchase of the boat.
Older but in great working condition.

Main deck is covered with teak. Fittings and hardware are stainless steel.
The bow pulpit is a teak platform with anchor rollers.

Main and mizzen sails are in great conditiont and white.

The two jib sails are roller furling and are yellow. Excellent condition,
Extra gib and genoea sails in perfect condition stored on the boat.
New rigging just done in Virginia before the trip to Florida in 2012.
Main and mizzen area full battened Dacron sails. All cut by North SaIls in Hamton, VA.
Mainmast is supported with 1x19 stainless steel single upper shrouds and double lower shrouds double stainless steel wire back stays. The head stays are supported with Furlex furling system. Turnbuckles are stainless steel. No rust.
Block and tackle are all quality grade marine applications.
Winches - Cheoy Lee #25 primary winches amounted to cockpit. Cheoy Lee #19 mounted on the mizzen mast. (2) #21 Cheoy Lee winches mounted on the port and starboard of the cabin house.

Interior - sleeping for 6! Centerline eve birth in private forward cabin in the bow. Enclosed head with hanging locker across. Port side dinette that converts to a berth. Front main a cabin and dinette berth have memory foam mattresses for additional comfort. Galley to the port aft in the salon. An ice chest and storage lockers area on the starboard side aft in the salon.

Vessel is in good condition with many recent refits. Deck has a few repair issues but overall...throw on some clean sheets & bedding & stock up the fridge & she's ready to sail! Propeller is four years old. LARGE AREA OF SAIL. Shaft was also new four years ago. Propane tanks & plumbing updated to new four years ago. Fuel & water tanks have all gone through. pulled apart,/cleaned. The water tank was pulled cleaned and coated on the inside with water & gas tank coater. It is like an Epoxy. 100 miles a day he would refuel every five day. He would refuel every five days. 5 - 7 knots under motor & 13 knots nder sail & motor 1400 rpms extra sails on board. Storm Jim & a Geneoa Jim( original to the boat), They are in good condition. New Sail covers, Two new Roler fillings.
