Just walking up to this boat you immediately know that this is a high-performance boat that will certainly provide a fast ride while having all of the quality accommodations you would expect from a Reggie Fountain designed boat. The feel of speed is immediate on this boat, and you'll definitely feel the force as you throttle up out on the water! This Fever is in immaculate shape and pride in ownership is certainly displayed upon boarding this awesome Fountain 29 Fever.

Reggie Fountain has been known to build boats, very fast boats and this vessel is no exception to this standard! Since early in his racing days, Reggie constantly worked towards attaining and improving on the fastest V-hull design out there - which is more than apparent in the 29 Fever.

Upon boarding this Fever you certainly feel safe and comfortable. The eight-foot beam provides stability when boarding and walking around to the top deck. The cockpit is protected by a full framed wraparound windshield that does not block the view of the driver. There is an aft bench seat large enough for three or four people, and two electric bolster style seats for the driver and passenger, so you'll always be locked in when taking tight turns and traveling at high speeds. The bolsters have bottom cushions that are power driven and are very comfortable for short or long-range trips. The seats drop away for the fast runs and safely hold you in position, even in the tightest turns. When you are cruising, you can easily bring the seat up for a comfortable ride. Underneath the aft bench seat there is ample storage to store your gear and room to expand the already impressive stereo system.

All controls are easy to reach at the helm and the wraparound windshield will not block the view of the driver. The three-spoke wheel presents minimal obstruction, and all of the racing Gaffrig instruments are easily readable and placed where the Captain can keep an eye on everything going on with the boat while underway. The throttle and drive controls are located on the left. The trim tabs and drive position is indicated with mechanical indicators which are easy to read even at top speeds. The hydraulic steering system is very responsive and you'll certainly realize the benefits of the Fountain trademark step-hull design when you are moving at top speed and run through performance turns without the skip, slide, or chine walking that many other brands give at lower speeds.

Up front, there is an anchor locker and bow rails. There's plenty of room to spread out for sunning, but this is certainly not a place you want to be while underway. There are pop-up cleats located in this area and maintain the smooth surface when stowed. The owner also upgraded the bow navigation lights where you will find a pop-up stainless LED navigation light.

Going below decks into the cabin, there are comfortable accommodations for two people to overnight, yet can handle up to four thanks to a privacy curtain for some separation. There is a wraparound ultra-leather sofa where you or your guests can take a break from the sun and relax. There's a refrigerator and sink with pressurized water below, as well as a porta-potti. A small galley with pressurized water; porta-potti and a built-in ice chest make the long days on the water much more inviting.

Engine access is gained by using the standard power lift, where you will find all the essential checkpoints on the twin 300-hp 350 MerCruiser Magnums easy to reach. The engines crank right up with a throaty roar that dares others to join her for a little water exercise. In addition to this throaty roar, the boat is equipped with Captain's Call exhausts so you can still enjoy conversations on the boat while underway. The boat carries 140 gallons of fuel that, depending on speed, will get you from 127 miles to 361 miles of cruising before having to stop for more.

With the engine hatch closed, the cover makes a comfortable padded area to soak up the sun. The pad also is good to your feet when you are coming back aboard. While swimming, getting back aboard is simple using the folding swim ladder on the integrated swim platform.

Overall, if you want a boat that will grab everyone's attention from the moment you're cranked up at the dock, to the seconds it takes to become a fuzzy image on the horizon to those watching, then this is your boat! This low-hour, well maintained boat is in immaculate shape! Owner says bring offers and is willing to consider a partial trade for a newer pair of quality jet-skis. BRING OFFERS!!!!

Condition
Overall, the owner has kept this boat in excellent shape! It is very well-equipped to be used in any type of water. After all, it is a Fountain!!! The boat has been used primarily in fresh or brackish water in local lakes, the Potomac River, and the Chesapeake Bay. ***Additionally, the owner would like to sell the boat and purchase a pair of newer model jet-skis......maybe Sea Doos, Yamaha, etc... This being said, he will consider taking a good quality pair of jet-skis in on trade along with additional cash to make up the price difference on the final sale price of his boat.*** The owner is VERY motivated to sell prior to the winter if possible. This boat has never been stored or left in the water for an extended amount of time. The boat has very low hours on its twin engines - approximately 200 hours. The current owner purchased the boat from a private Fountain dealer who pampered the boat and this owner does the same for it. The engine compartment is spotless and interior is in excellent shape! Owner says sell now!!!! All serious offers will be considered!!!
