General Details

This is quite possibly, the finest example of an Egg Harbor 41 in the world. The vessel has been professionally maintained throughout it's life, and has never been fished by either of the original two owners.
The condition of all aspects of this vessel are truly, pristine. The Teak interior is without blemish, and the tasteful designer appointments are stunning.
The vessel has the twin Cat diesels, these are the single turbo model, considered to be the best of all the power design options. They have been used less than 100 hours per year, and are professionally maintained to the highest possible standards. In speaking with the mechanic he stated that "These Cats are just breaking in".
The owner has had several vessels over some 60 years, and is extremely knowledgeable, and a very competent skipper.

NOTE FROM THE SELLER:
"The two engines will burn 17 to 18 gallons per hour at 2300 to 2350RPM's giving a cruise of 17 to 19 knots (80% to 85% of maximum RPM's). Speed determined using full load of fuel (500 gallons) and water (50 gallons) as well as usual weight of full summer boat load of food, beverage, tides, etc.
By increasing RPM's to 2375 or 2400 a significant increase in speed is obtained ---when required. The engine manufacturer recommends a 85% of maximum RPM's (2800 +/-) to give maximum longevity. The engines have never been run over 2375 except by mechanic to test and confirm strength and availability of higher speed running "
