- Accommodations Berths for seven are provided in the V-berth (2), port settee (1), starboard settee (2), and aft quarter berth (2). The cabins are finished with all new fabric and cushions, white finished bulkheads, and varnished teak joiner work. Down the companionway, the chart table/nav station is located conveniently to port with the galley just opposite. Aft to port is the quarterberth. A unique folding and hinged dining table is easily available for use or out of the way to open the interior. The starboard settee converts to a double berth. Forward of the main cabin you will find the master stateroom with head and shower located just aft to starboard.. A new teak and holly cabin sole brightens up the warm cabin. The cabin has Headroom: of 6’ 4” and is well ventilated with two opening hatches and 11 opening bronze ports. Galley The galley is equipped with a top-loading insulated icebox which has a new Adler Barbour 12v refrigeration. The Force 10 stainless steel propane stove has 3 burners and an oven and is gimbaled for duty under sail. Two aluminum 20lb tanks are conveniently located in the stern lazarette. Completing the galley setup is a double stainless steel sink, freshwater and seawater footpumps, hot and cold pressure water, and plenty of storage in cabinets both above and below the work surfaces. Head A reliable marine head is provided along with hot and cold pressure water. Hot water is supplied electrically by a hot water heater when dockside and via a heat exchanger from the engine when underway. A 12-volt shower sump pump will discharge shower water, helping to keep the bilge clean and odor free. A molded vanity and sink provide easy to clean surfaces. A 20-gallon holding tank may be emptied via a dockside pump out or discharged via a Y-valve, manual pump, and thru hull. Electrical Both 110V AC and 12V DC services. The 110-volt AC shore power provides dockside service for hot water, battery charging system, and multiple outlets in the galley, head, and each cabin. The 12-volt DC system has 4 AGM batteries connected by selector switches in the nav station for isolating batteries or combining them. Both the 110V and 12V service panels are equipped with breaker switches above the nav station. Electronics Alpha below-decks autopilot. The compass at the wheel is a Ritchie Globemaster w/hood. There is a new Uniden VHF at the navigation station and a new Garmin 440 GPS chart plotter at the helm Sails and Rigging Sail area 644 sq ft The full-batten mainsail has jiffy reefing, with all lines and sail controls led to and handled from the cockpit. Large self-tailing primary winches, cabintop traveler, and boom vang make sail adjustments easy. Sail inventory is North 130% genoa, and full-battened mainsail w/three reef points. Sails are in very good condition. The mainsail is equipped with the Harken Batt track and car system for effortless hoisting and reefing.
