General Details

The Ericson 30+, not to be confused with the Ericson 30, is a Bruce King designed fractional rigged sloop with a modified fin keel. She is secure and strong, well suited to coastal cruising or club racing. The cockpit is nicely laid out, good for sailing; the teak and mahogany interior, with full standing headroom and an enclosed head, is beautiful and practical. Furthermore, the mast is tabernacled (at a cost of over $5,000) in order to pass under the bridge to the Santa Cruz Upper Harbor, and a one-year sublease is possible. Note engine work 2011, records available. All in all, you will get a lot of boat for the money!
