UPDATE: I just installed a new "Lenco" engine hatch lift. Cost me $320 plus about 8 hours labor. A week ago I changed the oil, filters and fuel / water separators on both motors so it won't need that for another 100 hours. That requires 20 quarts of oil, 4 oil filters and 2 separators, cost about $100 plus half day labor. This Luhrs is set-up as a serious fishing vessel. The current owner has her ready for blue water and for catching fish; moreover, he has been very diligent in maintaining and caring for her, as he has all the maintenance records dating back to 2002. The engines were both rebuilt, (Port engine 2006 with 906 hrs.), ( Starboard engine 2009 with 547 hrs.). Both of the transmissions were rebuilt and they have roughly 300 hours on them. This vessel has Hynautic controls for the throttle, transmission, and steering controls, which make for easier handling. Additionally, the owner would be willing to sell the deeded boat slip where the vessel currently resides in (Miami Beach). Don't miss this unique opportunity to own a great fishing boat and your own personal dock space.
