“Lady Leticia V” owners know how to maintain and update a yacht properly. There are numerous small items (screws, nuts, bolts, light bulbs, zip ties, etc) that have been reviewed and upgraded throughout the entire vessel from engine room to forward bilges and into the living quarters. One of the owners is also a professional interior decorator that has provided her expertise in many areas from the staterooms to the galley and salon. With all this current care, updates and very low hours on the generators and engines “Lady Leticia V” is a great opportunity.
