General Details

This vessel was SOLD on July 23.

This vessel is a 1989 Seidelmann Pacemaker XF-1. Pacemaker has had a very colorful history in the boat building industry. With its roots in the Jersey style of Sport fishers Pacemakers heritage .goes way back to legendary boat builders of a by gone wooden boat era. Pacemaker and Egg Harbor were well known and respected builders during this time.. This boat was built by Seidelmann in Berlin New Jersey, certified in 1989.
This vessel has a large cockpit and is rigged for trolling. Powered by twin Mercruiser 5.7 engines with many upgrades. The Engines according to the very knowledgeable owner, run great, and there are no known problems with these fresh water cooled engines.

There is a Palm beach Bimini over the cockpit as well as a Bimini over the fly bridge. There is an enclosure for the fly bridge as well. All are serviceable but will need some repair soon. The fly bridge is very well equipped, and although compact, you can walk around it.There is a large bench seat as well as a small seat to port.
The fiberglass decks and sides show very well and look very good. The cabin is very open and roomy. The head is spacious with shower and sink. The upholstery looks very good and the wood finish adds to the charm of this vessel. This vessel is well equipped with generator, air conditioning, automatic oil changing equipment, Halon, outriggers, good electronics, recent bottom paint, spare props, smart charger. The compression was tested and found to be a consistent 125 on all 16 cylinders. There was a tune up with new plugs less than 20hrs ago.
All the things that usually go wrong on a vessel of this vintage have been replaced, or serviced. This 31, is a great size for our West coast waters, with prop pockets, can get into some skinny water, while having offshore capabilities.
