General Details

Come and experience the luxury of an Egg Harbor. When you board this vessel and enter the extra roomy salon you immediately notice what the Egg Harbor name means when it comes to luxury. There is beautiful wood which has a rich deep shine that only the finest boat makers can deliver. Everything for your comfort can be found here. There is a wrap around sectional sofa that is also a double size pull out bed. A very comfortable matching chair makes for plenty of seating and relaxing in the air conditioned salon. Whether you are watching a new release DVD on the upgraded flat screen TV or listening to your favorite music on the AM/FM CD radio you are doing it in style and comfort. On those chillier days you can turn the heat up to take the chill out of the air with the built in heating system.
When getting ready for a meal it is quite easy with the roomy and functional galley. An apartment size refrigerator freezer combo is a joy to have. You can easily pack enough perishable food for a week away. Plenty of cupboards for storage of dry goods and your finest china. You can whip up anything in this galley. A three burner stove top is equipped with a stainless steel splatter shield so your cabinets stay clean and sparkling. And what would any good galley be without an oven for roasting the perfect roast beef or oven stuffer roaster chicken. Even be the envy of the marina and make your famous jalapeno corn bread to go with the award winning ribs you just BBQ'd. Next to the galley is a roomy dinette that of course has plenty of storage under the wrap around bench seating. This also folds down to a rather comfortable berthing area for 2 people.
The bow cabin is just forward of the head which does boast a separate shower with folding glass door. There is an access door from the head for either the galley area or the bow cabin. The bow cabin has more storage and cabinets that most people will ever need. You could bring your entire wardrobe with you and probably still have room to spare. Dark curtains and a dark cover over the hatch will have you sleeping later than you would at home. There is a separate air conditioning and heating unit so you can sleep at your own comfort level. Did I happen to mention the very comfortable mattress? Yes, I did lay on it and try it out.
Let's talk engines for a minute or two. This boat is powered by two very capable Crusader 454's. They are putting out 350 hp each and are married to straight shafts with four blade brass props. Enough power here to move you through the water with ease. When I saw this boat it was Sunday and I was getting ready to go to the in laws for dinner. Since the lighted engine compartment was so roomy I decided to climb down and take some close up pictures of the new port engine. This engine has less than 100 hours on it. It is barely broken in. So I climb down then realize I just got dressed for dinner. There was no need to worry. The engine compartment was extremely clean. Look at the pictures, you'll see for yourself. Also down in the engine compartment is of course the other Crusader 454, the generator, which is really handy when you decide to make your famous jalapeno corn bread when on the hook, other cool engine stuff and a set of extra props for when you hard ground and need your props refinished.
Alright, let's go all the way up to the fly bridge. I may be sounding like a broken record but can I say roomy? There are two pedestal seats at the helm. I think because sometimes you may want someone to admire how you operate your boat. Ahead of the helm is more seating for the friends that you want to impress with killer views every time. From this vantage point you have perfect views all around for scoping out the oncoming traffic or fitting into the tightest thirteen and three quarter inch slips at your favorite marina. If you arrive at the marina a little later than expected, mounted to your very impressive and shiny radar arch is a pair of extra bright docking lights that will illuminate your view.
This is the time time to be the captain of your own luxury vessel.

Specifications

Condition
This boat is beautiful. The engines, A/C, heater, generator, Central Vac, all electronics and anything else mechanical is close to 100%. There is an issue with the port prop. It will probably have to be sent out to for balancing after a grounding. Luckily there is a pair of props ready to replace the others. The salon windows leak and has caused some damage to the beautiful wood in the salon. The head needs a good cleaning because of long term storage some mold has built up on the wall paper. The outside teak is in dire need of refinishing. It is not a hard job to do but there is a lot of teak. That is what makes an Egg Harbor and Egg Harbor. Some seams could use some caulk but it really does not effect the overall boat. The boat will remain winterized until a survey is done.
