Specifications

Condition
The seller is a mechanical engineer who has maintained this vessel very well. He attended to all smaller, regular maintenance items while all recommended and scheduled service was performed when suggested. The most recent service and improvements include....... In 2014............... - Risers and manifolds (both engines) - Flush and fill fresh water system (both engines) - New vacuum motor - Re-bed Windows (2014) - Re-upholstered Seats (most, one remains to be done) In 2013, Rudders/Steering Overhauled (end of season 2013 - steering was stiff, marine mechanic dropped rudders, cleaned out salt and replaced bearings). In 2010, the Water Tank was replaced. It's obvious this seller has maintained this boat well, as he wants her new owner to enjoy in safety all the comforts of home away from home. That's mostly due to being able to identify problems when they arose.. ************ NOTE TO BUYERS ************ Survey of 4/12/2003 is available upon showing. The minor issues that arose during this inspection have long since been addressed, as have any since. The surveyor indicates...... "What is evident upon inspection of this vessel is the attention which has been paid to safety, maintenance and overall upkeep. It has been a pleasure performing this survey." ************NOTE ON IMAGES************** Images 91 through 171 were taken on September 29, 2014, as was the new video. The seller has done the following since previous photographs were taken in May 2014..... - New vacuum motor - Risers and manifolds (both engines) - Flush/fill fresh water system(both engines). - Re-upholstered seating (images 147-151 and 157-163) The seating behind the helm has recently separated, that too will be re-upholstered.
