General Details

Catalina Yachts builds a very seaworthy vessel with lots of usable options.

This boat is ready to go, and the only thing possibly needed is a waxing and or rub-out of the hull. Teak is refinished, but may need re done, as it is varnished.

Sails and rigging are in great shape and have a newer looking cover. Instruments are all working and set up nicely. Boat has low hours for the year (around 450).

Thea cabin of the boat is in nice shape, and includes lots of storage cabinets, a v-berth, convertible dinette, and aft berth. Galley includes fridge, sink, stove, and oven, and is laid out nicely.

These are rare finds (especially fresh water) as they are quite popular boats and do not remain on the market for long.
