General Details

This vessel was SOLD on March 31.

Designed by Bill Lee of Santa Cruise Yachts for Lancer these Boats are fast, well balanced and sea kindly.
"Wind Byten" was built by her original owner who bought the mold from Lancer. She has a heavier layup and her hull was heavily epoxied so she has had no osmosis problems. She has an encapsulated keel which is dry.
"Wind Byten" has been repowered and received many upgrades ( records kept ) however owner doesn't have the time to care for or use her now.She presents as an older boat, complete but needing a new owner to give her some cosmetic attention and enjoy here lovely lines.
Deck and cockpit has all the gear and set for comfortable single handling. Sails are in good condition ( never raced).
Saloon is very open and well lit. Layout starts with two 1/2 berths to Port and Starboard, with engine between. Moving forward to Port is the head and to starboard is the Navigation station then the Galley. Forward is V seating with Table ( sleeps two).

Stock #51770

She has the charm of an older cruiser but does need some cosmetic attention. Recent mechanical inspection revealed a piece of the water pump had broken off and is inside the engine hence huge price drop. Owner would like to sell as is and invites offers.
