WHAT A CLASSIC!

So you don't like cliches? Neither do I, but they don't make 'em like this anymore.

THE CURRENT AND ONLY OWNER OF THIS WELL - APPOINTED CRUISER HAS OWNED HER SINCE SHE WAS FIRST COMMISSIONED.

He spent lots of time maintaining her so his family could enjoy fun and safety all around Narragansett Bay and the Islands.

This cruiser has much to offer........

- Fresh-water Cooled 454's (low hours)
- Westerbeke Generator (6.5Kw, < 50 hours)
- Complete array of Nav Equipment
- Sleeps 6 (8 with a little creativity)
- Full size Fridge/Freezer
- Bimini (no rips)
- Full Custom Cover
- 3/4 Isinglass (open rear)
- Windlass
- Transom Door and Seating
- Swim Platform and Ladder
- Trim Tabs

Her cockpit boasts Carpet, Cover, Faucet, Sink and Wet-bar.

Below she is impressive, a very nice lay-out with dinette for 4 or more port-side; full galley and full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave to starboard. Even a lighted wine rack below the television (not pictured) add a nice touch. Plenty of room for several adults to stand and enjoy a cocktail without bumping elbows.

Forward of the main cabin is of course the V-berth, with the Mid-berth aft which has its own privacy and then the convertible dinette which sleeps another two.

Her most recent upgrades include........

- New Water Heater (2009)
- New Stainless Water Tank (2009)
- New Holding Tank & Macerator Pump (2007)

This is a great, clean family cruiser.

Specifications

Condition
Her one and only owner has not the time for her anymore, the family interests and pursuits have changed. Entering her third season on stilts here in the East Bay of RI, one would never know it by looking at her. When this POP associate approached this vessel knowing that, there was skepticism about her condition. As the owner and I went thru the shrink-wrap door, we were pleasantly surprised by her appearance. Not bad! Actually pretty good, as we proceeded to wipe her down a little. Her precise mechanical condition is a bit unclear though the Crusaders ran fine last time she was in the water. The 454's have VERY low usage (see meter, these are original hours). On the other hand, above and below she is in great shape overall. This POP associate detected only two tears in the cushions and seating (transom seat and the deck seat port side, both of which can be restitched). The storage compartments on the deck are clean and dry, as they are below. Speaking of Below, there is no indication whatsoever of any leaks, mold or moisture. The bottom paint has at least another year. ************NOTE TO BUYERS************ The owner of this Cruisers told this POP associate at the time I photographed her, that he would do what was necessary to commission this vessel prior to sale. This is where his pride in ownership really showed - He would like "the next owner to enjoy it as much as he has and doesn't believe anyone should buy a boat like this that they can't enjoy right away." Nuf said!
