Basic Description
Vessel is in excellent working order and completed two Bahamas trips in 2012 and 2013
Being a Catamaran she sails fast and flat.
Minimum draft of less than 2 ft makes it ideal for the Bahamas, Caribbean and ICW
Transom steps and 3 rung ladder make for effortless boarding from dinghy or water
Plenty of deck and cockpit space for guests
Extensive use of LED bulbs and four 3.5 amp Solar Panels make " off the grid" living easy
Sunsei charge controller avoids overcharging and warns of low batteries
Masthead light and anchor lite are new and LED. Anchor light has auto " dusk to dawn " switch.

Original Headsail on Shaefer Roller furling. Good condition. Furling is light and smooth. New furling line 2013
Original mainsail. Good condition. New topping lift and halyard 2013
Cruising spinnaker with snuffer. Good working condition but colors have run.
Engines are 2009 Yamaha 9.9 Hi Torque with electric start and tilt
Engine control cables were replaced in 2013.
Engines steer with helm for low speed manouvering
30 gal fuel tanks ( 2X15 )
Older Geminis have wooden centerboards which rot out.
Spindrift has brand new boards, which are completely sealed with epoxy and 10 oz fiberglass.
The original pivot system was upgraded to a Sleeve and Bush system
Lewmar 700 low profile Anchor Windlass (New 2013)
30 lb Danforth anchor with 20ft chain and 150 ft 1/2: rode for Grassy bottom. (Chain and rode new 2013)
33lb Lewmar " Bruce " for sandy bottom.
150 ft of braided 5/8" rode with 10 ft of chain for stern/emergency manual anchor use.
20ft 1/2" bridle for stable "into wind" anchoring
Raymarine Tri Data with ST4000 autopilot. New belt 2013, spare belt and masthead transducer on board.
There is no speed tranducer, Speed is on GPS
Sitex Colormax 6 GPS Chartplotter with chart card for East Coast, Gulf, Bahamas and Caribbean (2013)

Dometic Fridge runs on Propane or 110V
Voyager 2300 two burner stove/oven runs on Propane.
Two Stainless sinks with pressure water faucet. On demand hot water (Propane)
With three adults and one child on board, one Propane tank lasts two weeks.
Two tanks allow one month between refils
We will supply basic cooking equipment , plates and cutlery.

I have a couple of maintainance items that will be done before handover.
Engine steering lines will be replaced.
Shower pump will be upgraded. The existing pump is tiny and takes forever to empty the sump.
Sail locker partition secured and sealed
