- Gel Coat white fiberglass hull, wide nonskid decks, wheel steering, double lifelines and gates, bow and stern pulpits with stern perch seats, swim platform with ladder(and cockpit shower to shower off with fresh water!and teak cockpit grate. The First series by Beneteau are known for their quality construction, speed,safety, comfort and are clearly Beneteau's Flagship Series!
- The First 38s5 was designed for those who want performance but who also want to travel to destinations we all dream about. The 38s5 is constructed with integrity and has the Beneteau trademark of creative use of space, light and ample headroom throughout. The main salon features deep settees on port & starboard of the large, practical and beautifully art decco salon table. Aft, to port is a well thought out galley with marble countertops and double stainless steel sinks, 3 burner stove with oven, refrigeration and microwave. Opposite the galley is a creative sliding chart table(see photo). Aft of the galley and navigation station is a large head to starboard and a queen size stateroom to port. The forward stateroom offers it's own privacy with a dedicated head. There is more than ample storage in the form of drawers, lockers, cupboards and hanging lockers which are strategically located from bow to stern.
