tasteful upgrades and styling the Hatteras 42 Convertible was the long awaited
replacement boat for the 41 Convertible. This was a big step forward for
convertible design with her full width flybridge and her bold, more aggressive
exterior profile. Construction was on the heavy side for this vessel with
considerable flair featured in her bow. Her large 110 sq ft. cockpit easily
accommodates the steering station in cockpit which is a huge options to have.

Accommodations
Most forward is the "V" berth with vanity and sink
and hide-a-way head, followed by head with stall shower to port and galley to
starboard. Owner's cabin with full double berth to port with fore to aft upper
berth. Up to salon with "L" shaped settee to port and social chairs
to starboard, wet bar forward to port with ice maker. Out to cockpit with
cockpit controls to starboard and up to custom fly-bridge.
Walkthrough:
Enter the Cabin from the expansive cockpit with cockpit
controls and you enter the Salon. The Salon features a custom “L” shaped sofa
to the portside and room for two chairs to startboard. Hidden to the port is a
wet bar, and the bulkhead has the entertainment center featuring a TV, Stereo,
DVD system. Move forward and down three stairs to the Galley on the starboard
and the Master to port. The Master features a Queen berth, stowage drawers,
nightstand, and hanging locker. Accessable from the Master is a full Head with
stall shower. The Head also has a second doorway to the companionway allowing
it to serve as a guest/day head as well. The Guest Stateroom is forward and
features two single bunks, stowage underneath, and a hanging locker. The entire
interior of the boat was replaced during the retrofit which brightened the
interior, new head liner, updated soft goods, nothing has been overlooked.
Galley
The Galley is located mid-ship to the starboard and is large
and inviting. Some of the features include a Microwave oven, Fridge and Freezer,
cooktop, stainless double sink, and expansive counter tops. There is a vast
amount of storage in cabinets above and below the counter space.
Kenmore refrigerator with
freezer, Princess 3 burner, electric stove with oven, microwave oven, manual
pressure fresh water system, water heater.

Hydraulic steering by Hynautic, Two steering stations with
dual lever Morse Controls - one in the cockpit starboard side and one
