Thank you for visiting our listing for sale! - Stock #04431 1986 Cheoy Lee Rhodes Offshore 40 Functional, sail inventory includes: mainsail, 135% genoa (most used headsail), 100% jib, and 155% genoa, and a 1.5 oz spinnaker. All sails are in serviceable condition. Interior and exterior upholstery is fairly new. New mainsail cover, and new dodger. Canvas replacement has been ongoing. Holding tank and head have been replaced since we have owned the boat. Mast and boom have been refinished and have custom covers for winter protection. The engine underwent a minor overhaul, and bottom end inspection, all associated bearings and connectors were retorqued to original specs. New engine mounts and foundations were installed at that time, as well as a new shaft, prop, and shaft coupling, and stuffing box was repacked at that time.
