General Details

2005 Legacy 42 sedan,Great cruising boat built for my wife and I to cruise the great loop or the east coast. Boat has cruised from Florida to Canada and back. Very economical at trawler speeds averaging 3 miles/gallon at 7 knots or 1 mile/gallon at 18 knots. Fuel tank holds 450 gallons. Boat has under 900 hours on the 660HP Cummins QSM11 engine and under 300 hours on the Northern Lights 7kw generator. There is a 6hp side power bow thruster which makes docking in tight spots a breeze. All mechanics have had a complete service in the past two months and run perfectly. Boat has a blue hull with Oyster topsides and elegant lines. The propeller is protected by a keel and skeg. The interior is high quality cherry and has the look and feel of a gentlemans yacht. Top quality components from the dual Stidd chairs to the twin Raymarine C120 displays at the helm. Boat has all the usual features of a quality yacht including queen master, excellent storage dual air conditioners/heaters, inverter/charger, propane range and oven, dual refrigerators, vacuflush head with seperate shower. Boat is self sufficient and able to spend as much time as needed at anchor, which has 150 of chain and 200 of line. If you dont want another Sea Ray type boat or are transitioning from sail, this is the perfect boat for you. Elegant, practical and seaworthy.
