1- WHY I AM SELLING MY UNFINISHED BOAT?
I started to build my boat in 2003. I am working on the Offshore Oil industry in Brazil. I work 6 weeks on 6 weeks off. I am living in Brazil. I am building my boat in Columbia. Therefore, I am traveling from Brazil to Columbia every 1 1/2 month to carry out my project. I have already started another vessel at my home in Brazil. It is a 38’ sailing vessel.
2- The boat’s hull condition is excellent. She is well painted and protected.
The boat has not been launched into the water. I have been working constantly on the project.
3- My plan was to build my boat to live onboard with my family. I have been very concerned with the use of good quality materials during all stages of the construction. Thinking first in my safety and my family integrity once the boat will be at sea.
4- The buyer will have a brand new 2008 46' sailing boat and will spend less money than buying a similar already done vessel.
5- I am estimating to spend approximately USD$60,000 to finish it and make ready to sail (Budget estimated here in Columbia)
6- I will be very glad to help and assist the buyer to continue the project.
7- Also, I am interested in a partner for my project. I mean fifty- fifty in the sailboat value.
