SPECIFICATION
General

Supplied with CE certification for category A (unlimited Ocean voyages).
• Type of Finish
The interior is treated with finish varnish.
The underwater hull has two applications of epoxy primer and two coats of antifouling.
The hull is guaranteed against Osmosis for 5 years


Hull Construction

• Hull and Deck
Hull color “Black” with Gold bands and strip
Laminate construction of hull: isophtalic gelcoat and isophtalic polyester is used. Hand lay-up method, insulated with Divinycell, inside hull – topcoat finish, to prevent getting the smell of styrene.
Gold decorative band in gelcoat. Strong under floor reinforcements, bonded with composite. St. steel girder under the floor under the mast support for additional reinforcement.

Divinycell PVC-foam for deck, against heat and cold except in the keel and rudder area - are which is solid laminate.

Bulged lead keel with reinforcement bolted on with 16st 30mm diameter stainless steel bolts.
The rudder is carefully mounted for sensitive rudder feel.
Strong engine foundations of GRP for effective sound insulation.
Deck and coach roof areas and also cockpit are of sandwich construction, solid in parts, laminated to the hull.


• Non pigmented gel is used below the waterline to help prevent osmosis

• Vinylester resins are used throughout for added strength and osmosis prevention

• 2 layers of epoxy as a barrier against moisture ingress

• Anti-foul in color of your choice

• Black Gel coat with Gold boot top

Deck

• Composite construction with hand lay-up method, insulated with Divinycell
