HULL
Sandwich construction. New hull should be based at GRP technology, using as sandwich Divinycell H general purpose core gelcoat is based on isophtalic resin.
With the emphasis on an ultra lightweight, epoxy laminated hull (Option* EUR2.780,-)

Laminate construction of hull:
Hand lay-up method, insulated with Divinycell H, inside hull – topcoat finish, to prevent getting the smell of styrene.
Strong under floor reinforcements, bonded with composite for additional reinforcement.
Bulged lead keel with reinforcement bolted on with stainless steel bolts.
The rudder is carefully mounted for sensitive rudder feel.
Strong engine foundations of GRP for effective sound insulation.
The keel and rudder area - are which is solid laminate.
The structural grid is made of E-glass with unidirectional Glass fiber reinforcements, bonded to the hull shell for superior bond strength.
All hull and deck surfaces are lined to provide some comfort.

Sandwich construction Divinycell H-foam for deck, against heat and cold except. Deck and coach roof areas and also cockpit are of sandwich construction, solid in parts, laminated to the hull. The deck inserts at all deck hardware locations and has E glass bi-axial and unidirectional reinforcements.
All hatches are edge sealed and varnished or painted on both sides.
