1997 45 (ft.) Sea Ray Sundancer

For sale is a 1997 45 ' Sea ray Sundancer  Twin cat power with about 780hrs on each engine, also a 5000 KW westerbeke gen set for full power when your at anchor. Heat , A/C, hot water, 2 heads, 2 showers, fridge electric stove top, ice maker,so much more to list. Sleeps 4 comfortable , never smoked on. Very well maintained, she was surveyed in 08  and came in at 170.000 All systems are working other than the ice maker . I disconnected it last winter when winterizing and never hooked it back up. Batteries were changed during the winter and charging converter was replaced with a state of the art pro marine converter that will run all systems while in port and not discharge the batteries. She has a ray marine radar , chat plotter and GPS . There are no rips on the seats, or canvas, all canvas is intact and in great shape.
