2004 38 (ft.) Regal Marine Industries Inc 3860 Express Cruiser

The owner meticulously maintains this yacht. It is in mint condition and has only 160 hours. It is fully loaded and includes the installed factory options: cockpit cover, sun pad cover, cockpit refreshment center, ice maker (never used), four speaker am-fm-cd system, oil change system, Raymarine ST-6001 autopilot, RL80C chart plotter, 48 mile closed array radar installed on a ten inch power tower with nav/anchor light vee brace, ST-6000 speedometer, Raymarine depth sounder, Raymarine 215 VHF, macerator with overboard discharge, along with two vacuflush heads with forty gallon holding tank.

There is also the optional Italian cherry wood interior with Corian countertops, built in coffee maker and microwave oven, two staterooms with their own heads and stand up showers serviced by a seventy gallon fresh water tank. The forward head has a hair drier for the first mate. A thirteen inch flat screen television is in each stateroom and a twenty inch flat screen television with DVD surround sound is in the main saloon. The saloon also features a central vacuum system, wine storage cabinet, and removable cherry wood dining table.

The forward stateroom features a queen size bed with an inner spring mattress. A leather crest fold out couch with recliners for sleeping two additional guests is in the saloon.

The helm features hydraulic steering, trim tabs, Danforth compass with four and three-quarters inch card, port windshield wiper, twin flo-scan fuel gallons per hour guage, and twin tachometers.

Both props and shafts have spur protection. A 7.3 KW Kohler genset powers the electric stove, water heater, both air conditioners, tv’s, etc. while at anchor. The bottom has Pettit Ultima SR multi-season anti-fouling paint applied in 2005.

This yacht is mint throughout and a fast cruiser. One needs to see it to appreciate it. The owner is anxious to sell.
