This 1974 Bertram 28 Flybridge Cruiser, located in Norwalk, CT is powered by twin inboard Mercruiser 225 hp engines with only 25 hours after a 2008 overhaul which included new fuel lines and aluminum fuel tank.
This is a true classic and one of the best selling Bertrams ever, with over 2,800 built between 1971 & 1994. With its deep-V hull, flared bow, and 11-foot beam, the 28 is a dry boat that will handle seas that keep lesser boats in port. You’ll be fishing when they are wishing!
A legendary fishing boat, the Bertram 28 is also great for divers or family fun, with a teak swim platform and a bi-level cockpit that is huge for a boat this size – nearly 9 ft. long with 85 sq. ft. of fishing, equipment, or lounging space.
In the main cabin you’ll find a stand-up head to port with electric toilet, sink and shower. Forward to port is the galley with sink, refrigerator and stove. Forward of the starboard convertible dinette is a large hanging locker. The V-berth is forward. There is plenty of natural light in the cabin and ample storage throughout.
