General Details

(LOCATION: Beaufort NC) This Ocean Master Custom 27 is an express fisherman with large cockpit, enclosed helm, and cuddy cabin. Her large cockpit has all the amenities needed for successful offshore fishing with a cuddy cabin for overnight and weekend trips.

On deck we have an enclosed helm with hard top and seating for four. There are dual forward-facing leaning posts with Plano storage boxes and rear-facing seats. The helm is starboard  with overhead electronics box and is equipped with stainless steel wheel, hydraulic steering, Bennett trim tabs controls, and Ritchie compass. Helm electronics include: Northstar 941XD DGPS with NMEA Link to Radar, Furuno 16mm Radar Dome, Furuno 582 Color Fish Finder /  Sounder with New Transducer, Standard Horizon Eclipse VHF Radio, Standard Horizon Hailer with Fog Signals and Loud Speaker, and Hummingbird HTG-1 Air and Water Surface Temperature Display. The hardtop features a full EZ2CY/Stratoglass enclosure with roll-up u-zips and is equipped with 18’ Lee outriggers, six rocket launcher rod holders, four flood lights, and a remote controlled searchlight.

The open cockpit features stainless steel rod holders, tackle storage, under-gunnel lighting, prep center with sink and livewell, and raw water wash down. The foredeck is equipped with custom bow rail, bow pulpit, anchor with chain & rode, and cushioned seating.

The cuddy cabin has v-berth with cushions, under-berth storage, and overhead rod rack. The cabin provides overnight accommodations as well as secure storage.

Power is provided by twin Mercury engines with 225 horsepower and low hours. They ride low on a custom Bremer engine bracket for the optimum performance and economical operation. The engine bracket doubles as a swim / dive platform and is equipped with boarding ladder.
