This 1996 built, 22 foot Harbor Tug is located in Newburyport, Massachusetts and is available for immediate sale.
EL TORO is a custom built marina harbor tug, powered by a 135 H.P. Ford Lehman diesel engine with a Hurth gear, driving a three bladed prop. She has been in service on the Merrimack River at a full service yacht marina performing an assortment of tasks including moving docks, towing small scows and yachts. EL TORO has a solid hand laid fiberglass hull and a displacement of approximately 5,000 pounds. She is the ideal candidate to perform an assortment of marina / yacht yard / yacht club everyday jobs, or would be the ideal boat for just putting around the harbor. El TORO is outfitted with keel coolers and has a dry exhaust which exits her funnel like a real tug. Her sharp black hull was Awl Gripped in the fall of 2011. She is well proportioned, highly maneuverable and a real head turner.
