Introduction

A truly turn-key boat that has well cared for by her knowledgeable owners. SEA JEM is a great looking small flybridge cruising boat with a low, very rakish profile, and like new! She is a combination of good styling, quality construction, and a space efficient interior. The accommodations are impressive for a 30’ and include a full size dinette, a huge galley, and a stand up head with shower. A two piece door provides privacy for the forward stateroom and the starboard side salon settee converts to a double berth. The cockpit is huge with plenty of room for cruising chairs or fishing and the cockpit sole opens to provide 360 degree access to the machinery spaces. The flybridge, one of the largest to be found on a 30’, has a hardtop with complete Sunbrella enclosure, settee, centerline helm position, and bench seating for four. Additional features include an integrated swim platform, transom door, teak wood interior, and a bow pulpit. SEA JEM has had constant care and upgrades performed by her knowledgeable owner including new paint in 2009, new fabrics and carpets inside and outside, new enclosure for the hard top and a cockpit sun shade. Accomodations

From the integrated swim platform and through the transom door you enter the large cockpit area. The cockpit also allows access by the port and starboard stainless steel boarding steps. The cockpit sole has a large engine room hatch and port and starboard hatches which allow 360 degree engine room access for ease of maintenance. From the cockpit and along the port side is the flybridge ladder. The flybridge offers a hard top and complete dark blue Sunbrella and eisenglass curtains. The helm offers two chairs and the area will seat a crowd. Into the interior is through a sliding door. As you enter SEA JEM you notice the beautiful teak woodwork and the amazing amount of interior volume. Immediately to starboard is the “L” shaped galley area complete with double stainless steel sinks with ample counter top and storage space. To port is the head and shower. Further forward and to port is the “C” shaped convertible dinette which is slightly elevated and offers excellent exterior viewing. To starboard is the convertible settee. All the way forward is the stateroom area with port and starboard hanging lockers and under berth storage drawers.

Galley

The “L” shaped galley area will please even the most discriminating chef. Complete with ample countertop space, double stainless steel sink, stove top and convection oven, the galley will make preparing a meal a pleasurable experience.
