- ACCOMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: The Catalina 390 offers all the comfort and sailing ability of the 380 with the benefits of 3 staterooms. Nothing has been spared or compromised in providing room above and below decks to accommodate 3 couples comfortably. Features above decks include: Large cockpit with high comings, walk through transom, stern rail seats, easily traveled side decks, and a very easy to handle sail plan. Below decks you find all the appointments that make Catalina famous including 3 generous staterooms. Features below deck include: Open salon with L-Shaped complete cruising Galley to Port, at the foot of the companionway, and Full Head w/Shower to Starbd. Her dinette with removable leaf ( convertible to 2 additional berths), is forward of the Galley on Port side, and a full length Settee with drop down table - converting the Settee to two separate seats with table between - is to Starboard. There is abundant headroom throughout (to 6' 9"), and true cruising comfort. A complete Nav Station is immediately Aft of the Settee on Starbd side, and convenient to the companionway and cockpit. Forward of the Saloon is the Owner's stateroom, and Aft are two additional double cabins. The Head is complete with holding tank plus overboard discharge, vanity, shower, shower sump. - The Catalina 390 has a galley that is both spacious and functional. It is located on the port side in an "L" shape. She has a Princess LPG stove with oven, double stainless steal sink, and 12-Volt Refrigerator. Access to the refrigerator is both through the top as well as from the side. There is lots of storage in the cabinets located along the side of the hull. - HULL and DECK
- Her Cockpit is roomy with plenty of comfortable seating, long enough to stretch out on under the Bimini top. She has stern rail seating with water proof speakers mounted underneath. The navigation pod combines with the large double leaf folding table, with center storage. Enjoy swimming from the boat via the sugar scoop transom. Her deck is of cored fiberglass with molded in non-skid finish. All the way forward is a bow roll with s/s track that handles the 45# CQR type anchor. A Maxwell 800 electric windlass handles the anchor chain/rode. There is an anchor wash-down in the anchor locker along with the foot controls for the windlass. She also has a swim platform with ladder and transom shower to rinse off bathers.
