Open deck configuration with canopies for inclement weather, the Joppa Flats has been used to tour the marsh lands of Joppa Flats (hence the name), Massachusetts.

Used to take passengers through the estuaries of the PARKER RIVER NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE on Plum Island. Passenegers viewed the wonderful wildlife in their natural habitat.This boat is configured to be able to travel through small estuaries and rivers.

Joppa Flats had been in Navy moth balls from 1995-2005. When existing owner purchased boat it only had 19 hours on Cummings 185 diesel. It now has 800 and is being used as a 28 passenger tour boat. The boat is in great condition. The boat draws 3ft, and owner needs a smaller draft boat to allow this wonderful nature tour to be conducted at all times. Currently she is restricted to high tide cruises only.
