2002 36 ft Sea Ray Sundancer with twin Mercury Marine 8.1S inboard gasoline engines and Westerbeke generator for sale in Old Saybrook, CT. Nicely kept, professionally maintained, this 360 Sundancer is a great family cruiser loaded with all the options and comforts one expect from a Sea Ray. She easily seats 10 on deck and sleeps 6 below. She has a full galley, two VCR TV combos, a wet bar and a step down conversation area. Powered with the twin 8.1 S horizon 370 HP with vee drives, this boat gets up and goes.
The captain has a bucket seat with flip up thigh high bolster next to a double companion seat. The cockpit has opposing upholstered bench seats for a total of 8. For dining or games add the cockpit table between the aft seats. Lower the table and the entire area becomes a large sun pad. The wet bar has a sink and ice maker as well as a built in insulated ice chest, trash receptacle, and a large storage cabinet. The transom door passes directly on to the extended swim platform for easy access to the water or boarding from a dock.
Below the galley has a faux granite countertop with sink and Grohe faucet, recessed two burner Kenyon electric cook top, refrigerator/freezer and a built in microwave for the gourmet chef in your family. The salon has a beautiful crescent sofa that converts to a double berth. The step down conversation area converts to a private stateroom with double berth and privacy curtain. The forward cabin has a sliding solid door for a private domain. The centerline island double berth has access form either side, no more crawling over your mate for the nocturnal wanderer. The private head compartment is easily accessible from topsides as well as below decks. It features a full fiberglass shower with curved acrylic door, a vanity with sink and storage, a medicine cabinet, and, of course, a vacuflush head.
The twin 8.1 S Horizon power has the horsepower to cruise at 30 knots, or to smoothly idle as you explore the nooks and crannies of your coast. This engine room is clean, the engines are clean. The starboard engine was just replaced new and has next to no hours and a Mercury Marine warranty to August 2014. The Port engine has approximately 225 hours. The all important Westerbeke 5 kw generator is also spotless and has approximately 125 hours on the clock. All systems are clean and well maintained professionally.
This boat is in nice shape, has plenty of options, and full electronics including Sirius radio. It is hard to beat the Sea Ray Sundancer for a family cruiser, and this boat has been nicely maintained through the years.
