INTRODUCTION

The VICKY ANN is a very clean Yellow hulled 43 Ocean Yacht SUPER SPORT .She comes with the preferred Yanmar 1000 HP engine package.  The boat has always been professionally maintained and winterized. She is turnkey ready to go fishing. VICKY ANN has a nice electronics package and the isinglass is in top shape.

DETAILED VESSEL WALKTHROUGH

The 43 Ocean Yacht has a large cockpit with a transom live well and huge fish box.  Into the salon you will see a large L-shaped couch to port with full storage.  The dinette is on starboard side and has a teak table and bench seating.  There is a new RCA flat installed in the entertainment center. The galley is on the port side and has Corian counter tops and AMTICO teak and holly flooring.  Down the 3 steps and to starboard is the guest head with full shower and vanity.  Across the hall is the guest stateroom with twin bunks and filler cushion.  The master state room is a double berth with large hanging lockers and has its own full private head forward.  The fly bridge is very clean with great visibility all the way around the boat.  There are twin teak ladder back helm chairs and bench seating for 6 passengers.  The Foredeck is large and has a full bow rail for safely getting to bow and anchor.
