Vessel Walkthrough
The first thing noticed walking up to TRES HERMANOS III is the extended teak swim platform which makes boarding from a floating deck a breeze.  Up five steps to the spacious Aft Deck with the more popular 60/40 spilt seating rather than the centerline stairs of older model 76's.    Each seating group has a granite table.  There are boarding gates on both the port and starboard sides allowing access from the Marquipt Tide Ride ladder.  Secondary access to the Boat Deck and Skylounge is via a stainless and teak ladder.  The starboard side of a three panel door gives access to the very spacious full beam Salon.    To port is an L shaped sofa.  To starboard is the Salon's TV and entertainment electronics, three stools with a countertop and forward to port is a six place dining table.    The Galley next forward has been completely updated with new appliances, fabrics and TV.  To starboard is the Day Head and steps to the Skylounge.  Port and starboard doors give access to the forward side decks and bow area.  A large settee and table are to starboard.  Steps to port lead to the Office Area, the upper and lower Crew Cabin and a double berth Stateroom all the way forward, each with a private Head.   The Main Accommodations are accessed via the Salon spiral stairs.  The Master with a king size berth and huge head with tub is aft.  The preferred twin VIP arrangement is found offering two nearly identical en suite cabins.   The enclosed Skylounge offers a large Helm area with two Stidd chairs, a desk area and a large L shaped settee which can convert to sleep two.   The Boat Deck aft has a table, L shaped settee umbrella and a custom sunning area due to the tow behind tender freeing up deck space.     Salon Upon entering the Salon slightly to starboard there is a large L shaped newly upholstered settee to seat six people to port.  The sofa offers storage below.  In front of the sofa is a custom wood coffee table with two storage drawers.    Next forward of the sofa is a curved two door cabinet with a marble top and a table lamp above.    To the starboard side upon entry is a customized burl wood entertainment center.  The centerpiece is a 42" Samsung LED 3D TV.  Two cabinet doors below conceal an Onyko AV receiver, a Samsung Blue Ray/DVD player, a SAT TV receiver, two iPod docks and a hard drive storage system for both DVD's and CD's.    Next forward is a two to three person loveseat newly upholstered to match the sofa.  There is storage below and loose designer pillows above.   Next forward is a curved marble bar top with three rattan bar stools.  Under the bar top well inset from the overhang are four cabinet doors.  One houses an Avanti wine cooler with the other utilized for storage including three drawers for table linens, etc.    The ceiling detail of this area follows the bar top and the sofa.  Overhead are ten LED mini spots.   Next forward but contiguous to the Salon is the Dining Area.  Six newly upholstered chairs are set around a round burl wood table.  Above is a round five light LED dining light with burl wood trim.   Forward is a built in server/buffet with a marble top and four cabinet doors for dinnerware below.  Above are four interior lit lacquered glass front glass cabinets to hold the yacht’s glass and stemware.  Between the upper and lower cabinets is a mirrored panel.    To starboard is the curved entry stairs to the accommodation level below.     Accommodation Foyer From the forward starboard section of the Salon eight curved steps lead to the main accommodation area.   Outboard and forward of the steps is a large storage locker.   Opposite the steps is a mirrored art niche with an attractive glass sculpture.  Below is a Eurocave wine cooler with two temperature zones for red and white wines.  Forward is a cabinet with a separate GE washer and dryer.  Aft is a cabinet with four shelves as a stewardess locker.   Forward are port and starboard entrances to the VIP Cabins.   Aft is the entrance to the Master Cabin.     Master Cabin Entered from the forward end through a burl wood door is the Master Cabin with a king size berth on centerline facing forward with a custom made $2500.00 pillow top Temperpedic type mattress.  Below the berth is one drawer facing forward and two each to port and starboard all inset into the newly upholstered base of the berth.   An upholstered headboard is set upon a mirrored panel the full width of the berth.   Either side of the berth are two drawer lacquered nightstands with burl wood tops and burl wood panels above with sconce lights affixed to the paneling.  Above the berth is a lacquered soffit approximately the size of the berth with several LED overhead lights.    To port is a newly upholstered L shaped settee with storage below.  Next forward is a large two door armoir with three drawers and two shelves within.   Above are three opening stainless steel porthole with upholstered valance, shades and a curved lacquered soffit with hidden rope lights.  Next forward is the entrance to the Master Cabin's large Head.   Towards the centerline is a 40" LED Samsung HD TV expertly mounted into the walls flanked by two curved burl wood panels.    To starboard starting aft is a long shelf with a burl wood top and burl wood trim.  Next forward is a two door burl wood armoir matching that to port.  Next forward is a very generous walk in closet with a safe.  Above are three portholes with an upholstered valance, shades and a curved lacquered soffit with hidden rope light.   Also in this cabin are digital SMX AC controls, a newly carpeted sole, LED overhead lighting and stereo speakers.     Master Head Easily described as huge for a yacht of this size, the Master Head is bright and airy due to abundant mirrors.   Twin sinks are under mounted below a granite countertop.   The vanity below has six drawers and four cabinet doors.  The mirrored area above the sinks has four opening panels for abundant storage.  The tub shower combo has a Jacuzzi tub with a clear glass door and two sidelights.  The shower fixture is handheld or wall mounted.   The toilet is a Microphor Microflush model.  The marble sole has inset diamonds to contrast with the light marble floor tiles.   Also in the Head are several Led lights, an exhaust fan and an air conditioning outlet.     Starboard Side valance and shades.   The inboard forward corner has a 1/4 round two door cabinet below and a custom mounted TV cabinet above.   An upholstered soffit with three reading lights and rope lighting is above the berth.  The entrance to the Head is en suite.     Starboard Guest Head The Starboard Guest Head has a Corian countertop with an under mount sink and a single lever faucet above.  The area above the sink is fully mirrored with a soffit and two light fixtures above.    The stall shower has a clear glass door and sidelight with a handheld or wall mountable fixture.  The sole is light marble tiles with dark diamond insets.  There are two storage/medicine cabinets adjacent to the head.  The toilet is a Microphor Microflush model.     Portside VIP Cabin The Portside Side VIP Cabin created by the deletion of the lower station rendered superfluous by the Skylounge.    The Galley is U shaped off the portside of the yacht.  A generous use of granite countertops and stainless steel appliances showcase the updated Galley.   Galley equipment includes: Granite countertops & full backsplash Kenmore Elite two door stainless steel refrigerator/freezer w/water & ice through the door Kenmore Elite stainless steel oven Kenmore Elite stainless steel built in microwave w/fan & work lights Kitchen Aid four burner Ceran top cook top Double stainless steel sink Garbage disposal Kenmore next forward creating the County Kitchen area.  The settee seats four, is newly upholstered and has storage below the cushions.  The table is of matching granite with two stainless steel pedestals.  The area forward of the settee just behind the padded window mullions offers abundant hidden storage.    To port is another side deck door, access to the yacht's main electrical panel, additional storage and the steps to the forward Crew Cabins and Office.     Crew Lounge/Office Area Having the steps to the forward Lower Deck area offset to port changes this area to a more useful layout.   At the bottom of the seven stairs on the starboard side is the Captain's desk.  It is L shaped, has a burl wood top, three drawers, a bookshelf, a reading light and a swivel chair.    On the portside of the steps is the forward area Laundry Center with a Maytag washer and dryer replaced in November 2009 all behind a hinged door.  Outboard of the Laundry Center are two cabinet doors with a Corian countertop and two opening stainless portholes above.   Also in this area are SMX AC controls, three overhead lights and a carpeted sole.     Crew Cabin The starboard side Crew Cabin could easily be a 4 th Guest Cabin if the boat was run with a "couple" as crew.  An en suite Head makes this a real possibility.   Entering from the forward end there are two single bunks in an upper and lower fashion.  Each berth has a reading light.  Under the lower berth    are two drawers.   Above the upper berth are two opening stainless steel portholes, an upholstered valance and a shade.  Inboard is a curved two door cabinet with burl wood top and a matching TV cabinet above.   At the foot of the berth is a full size auto lit hanging locker and entrance to the en suite Head.     Crew Head The and a cabinet below.   Opposite are two lower cabinet doors, a shelf above and three additional cabinets with a TV built in all the way forward.   Above is a round Bomar deck hatch, four LED overhead lights and additional storage above the berth.   Aft to port is a full size auto lit hanging locker and access the en suite Head.     Captain's Head The Crew Head has a Corian vanity top with under mount sink, a single lever faucet and a mirrored medicine cabinet above the sink.   The toilet is a Microphor Microflush model.   The stall shower has a bi fold clear tempered glass door, a handheld or wall mountable fixture, a seat and a light.     Skylounge The Skylounge is entered from the Country Kitchen area on the starboard side.  A huge storage area is at the top of the stairs forward of the helm.  At the top of the stairs is a burl wood desk with two drawers and a chair facing aft with a great view benefitting from the very large side windows.    The helm is on centerline with two Crown black leather electrically operated helm chairs with footrests and stainless steel bases.  This are of the Pilothouse has a wood floor.    Aft to port behind another burl wood cabinet with a U Line refrigerator within is an L shaped sofa that at the push of a button electrically converts to a double bed.  A matching ottoman lies in front of the sofa.   To starboard is a TV cabinet with a 32" Samsung LED HD TV mounted on top flanked by two occasional chairs.  This area is carpeted.  Pleated shades covered the large side windows as needed.  A sliding door to starboard leads to the outdoor seating and open Boat Deck.     Helm Equipment Simrad/Anritsu 96 mile color radar Simrad AP20 autopilot (new 11/09) Simrad Robertson corded autopilot remote control Standard Horizon CP 300 GPS
