To all of you who have been patiently waiting for something special. Wait no longer. The New Brooks 32 SFX Volvo IPS has arrived.
This new Brooks yacht offers the same yacht quality amenities that are offered on our Brooks 34 outboard powered yacht. The biggest, most significant difference is the engine package. This yacht is offered with the new Volvo IPS Pod drive system powered by D4 260 hp diesel engines. This allows you to own a Brooks 34 with diesel reliability, and unbelievable maneuverability in close quarters. This engine package offers the most fuel efficient engine package on the market. The proof is in the test results. While traveling at 30 knots, or 34.5 mph, this vessel achieves over 2 mpg. She gets near 2 mpg in most of the rpm range. This offers a cruising range of 480 nautical miles. Top end speed is 38.2 knots burning 25 gph netting over 1.5 mpg. That’s quite a feat for a yacht of this size.
Her long flowing lines with sweeping shear offers a new twist on the traditional “Carolina” hull form. With its full bow flare and tumblehome aft, the Brooks 34 reaches for the sea with authority. This yacht offers a soft and comfortable ride at speed. The Wind Fairing offers extra security to the passengers within the Helm area. She has a large un-obstructed fishing cockpit with a helm area layout that is comfortable for reclining passengers. The rigging station includes a 12 volt Bait Freezer (optional), cutting board, ss sink with hot and cold fresh water and tackle storage. This is just a very short list of amenities available on this vessel.
