45' Symbol Trawler Overview

Pendragon is a classic raised pilothouse, single screw trawler in very good condition. She has been featured in several magazines over the years, so she is well-known and respected in the trawler community. The sellers personally supervised her construction, ordered numerous upgrades and have maintained her nicely over the years of their ownership, but the time has come to offer her for sale. She offers such upgrades as 11 hp bow and stern thrusters, solar panels, rainwater collection tank and system, ESI fuel polishing system and she also offers a very open and airy salon, functional galley and a really nice raised pilothouse layout. 45' Symbol Trawler Vessel Walkthrough

Entering the salon through the double aftdeck doors, you will find seating and table to starboard, cabinetry to port, galley port forward and steps up to the pilothouse starboard forward. The pilothouse aft has internal steps up to the flybridge, a settee with table to port, full console forward, side deck access doors on each side and steps down to the staterooms starboard forward. Once below, you will find the master stateroom forward, guest stateroom to port and guest head to starboard. Engine room access is starboard forward on the aftdeck through a vertical hatch to the commissary and engine room.

Pendragon offers a master stateroom forward with a centerline queen size berth and ensuite head and a port side guest stateroom with a double size berth. The guest head is to starboard and includes an enclosed shower.

The Salon on Pendragon is a very light and airy room due to the large side and aft windows. There is L-shaped seating with a custom, high finish, hi/lo, teak, folding coffee/dining table to starboard, storage cabinetry to port and the galley port forward. There is a carpet sole with 6" teak trim.

The raised pilothouse offers a full console forward with classic teak & holly wheel, raised L-shaped settee with teak and stainless steel table to port, side deck access doors on each side, internal steps to the flybridge aft and a teak & holly sole. The windshield is a classic forward sloping design, which reduces glare and improves visibility.

The master stateroom is located forward and offers a centerline queen size berth, overhead deck hatch and 4 portlights for plenty of natural light and ventilation, reading lights, shelves, storage cabinets, Cedar-lined hanging lockers, carpet, custom framed mirror at head of berth, full length mirror behind entrance door and an ensuite head and shower with mirrored overheads for reflective light.

The guest stateroom is located to port and offers a double size berth, Cedar-lined hanging locker, storage drawers and cabinets, reading lights, 2 portholes, full length framed mirror and carpet. The guest head is located to starboard and includes an enclosed shower.

45' Symbol Trawler Hull

The hull bottom is solid fiberglass and the hull sides and superstructure are cored. There is also bilge keel passive stabilization. Sink, air conditioning, etc... drains run into manifolds on each side and drain overboard below swimplatform to reduce thru-hull fittings and condensate water in the bilge. Extra soundproofing was installed in several areas.
