Sea Prince is an excellent classic yacht with an extensive history, pedigree and proven seakeeping capabilities.

- Accommodations:
- Sleeps 8 owners and guest in 4 staterooms. There are 4 owner and guest staterooms including 2 guest heads and 2 guest showers. Crew accommodations include 5 berths, head and shower. The Captain's quarters are separate. Vessel Walkthrough: Starting forward, we find the Crew Quarters with separate Captan's Cabin. Moving Aft there is a Galley and access to the Engine Room. Going up four steps, we enter the Salon, and continuing aft and down four steps, we access the Guest Cabins. In the past 8 years Sea Prince has undergone 2 refits. In the fall of 2000 this vessel went through a major refit in Viareggio Italy, including a layout modification where an additional stateroom and a complete head was added. All other heads were totally renewed. All mattresses were replaced. The curtain and window treatments in the Salon and Cabins are also new, and the two settees in the salon were replaced.
- Master Stateroom:

- Guest Stateroom Amidship Port:

- Guest Stateroom Amidship Starboard:
- Located between the two berths is a built-in teak nightstand. There is a large hanging locker and ample storage under the berths. The flooring is teak and holly. Double berth Chilled water air conditioner Mirror Closet
- Guest Stateroom Aft Starboard:

- Main Salon:
- The Salon is bright and airy due to the large windows on the port and starboard sides. The entertainment center is located to starboard and includes a stereo system, weather fax machine and KVH satellite telephone. There are two settees, one to port and another to starboard with a coffee table. There are two large portholes on the forward bulkhead. In the fall of 2000, the interior was revarnished and new window treatments installed. The two settees were replaced.

- 2 double bunk berths, 2 to port and 2 to starboard with a folding table in the center. Separate access to this quarter is from the deck. The crew's private head and shower is located on the starboard side. (4) single berths Head Sink Upper and lower berth Shower

- Large and comfortable Galley with overhead hatch and fully air conditiioned. 4 burner gas stove with oven and large extractor cap. Microwave oven, granite counter tops with double sinks and large pantry to the port side. All appliances were replaced in the fall 2000. - Electrical System:
- These generators are low RPM and in sound boxes, therefore they are extremely quiet. Single-phase 25 KW V220 Hz 50, 1500 rpm. 6cyl. Cummins; spare multi-purpose 24V pump. The following is part of the refit performed in the Fall of 2000: installation of two Mastervolt inverters (one will feed the refrigerators and freezers and the other will feed the AC autopilot), and the installation of a 220V-110V tranformer. (2) Onan 25 KW generators 120A automatic battery charger plus 175A alternator (service) Rebuilt main engine DC alternators 40A automatic battery charger plus 80A alternator and 15A automatic charger.
- Hull:
- Main Deck: Awlgrip Oyster-white & Aristo-blue paint; replaced all bushings and rebuilt ram rudder; Zinc anode. Construction: General sand blasting of the top side and bottom ('98). After sand blasting to SA 2.5 the entire hull has been coated by Airles with: 40 micron Jotun M. T Zinc Epoxy primer; 400 micron of JOTAMASTIC AI 87 (high solids Epoxy) & 220 micron of JOUTUN SEAMATE HB99 has been applied as antifouling. To the topsides: Epoxy fearing Awlgrip primer and oyster white Awlgrip. Oct. 99: 10 coats of Varnish on all decks brightwork including masts and booms, Awlgrip (off white) painting of Coach-house. New Heizing glass windows in pilothouse. 7 pieces "Sunbrella" moring cover with side cover with side curtains. The following is part of a refit accomplished in Viareggio (Italy) Fall 2000. Teak decks completely reworked, Substitutuion of all mast boots, resealing of all deck hatches, removal, reokroming and re-installation with new gaskets and sealant of all guests cabin portholes, New sun-bathing deck cushions with covers, and new canvas covers for hatches, fwd deck seat, and windlass. Removal of windlass and replacing of deck plating. Windlass including hydraulic pump and ac motor totally rebuilt.Installation of new galvanized anchor chains and re-painting of chain locker. Replacement of all through hull fittings; Buttom ultrasound and repainted with antifouling paint. Topsides repainted with Awlgrip Oyster white. Masts periodically varnished. (last coat Feb. 2001).
- Engine Room:
- Main engine Detroit Diesel- 8V71-330 HP; 750 hrs since general overhaul 10/96; AirSeps installed 10/96, Vosper Guro stabilizers (completely inspected and serviced Oct. 99); Vikers hydraulic power steering (re-built quadrant and system serviced Oct. 99); Ideal windlass 2 x hydraulic/electric engine 220V; Universal Aqua Technologies Watermaker -40gal/hr. 150 lit/hr (new membranes on board); Frigoboat CWS 813 A/C BTU's/hr 81.000; Sanguineti toilet system; salt-water pressure in two holding tanks; Bauer Kompressoren model J3W 100 lit/min (220v) diving bottle compressor; 220V. Bronze 1 1/2" bilge pump and back-up bronze 24V; 1 1/2 bilge pump. Electric stern warping winch 24V. New collector exhaust tubes with new double heat blankets from engine to muffler pipe, Nov. 99. All heat exchangers on main engine and generators cleaned Sept 99. The following work was accomplished fall 2000: rebuilt main engine cylinder heads, new upgraded muffler and flexibles, rebulit 24V bilge pump, black water pump, heads pump, anchor chain wash pump and fuel transfer pump. The fresh water pump is new, with a new spare. Fuel tanks were opened, cleaned, inspected and re-sealed. Complete revision of Vospers stabilizers with replacement of one fin shaft. The chilled water air condition system was inspected and the raw water pump was replaced including the electronic control box and snculation on tubes. The watermaker was also inspected and new membranes were installed including electronic control box.
