Accommodations/Walkthrough
Starting aft, you board via a fixed swim platform into a large cockpit set up for water sports, fishing or diving. Aft entrance to crew quarters and to starboard is a crew head, shower and captain’s double berth cabin with desk and ample storage. This cabin is yacht-finished and could be used as a guest cabin. To port is a work space area with additional refrigeration plus two crew berths. This area can be closed off for privacy. Moving forward, you enter via a water-tight door into the large engine room space. Moving up and out of the cockpit, you enter the covered aft deck which has banquet seating with a large timber table for dining and several occasional chairs to pull up to the table. Walk-around decks, cockpit and aft are laid in teak. Automatic center sliding doors lead into the open, airy salon. The interior is finished in satin teak with raised paneling. To starboard is a built-in, stand-behind bar with all the amenities, including ice maker, wine cooler and black slate counter top. To port is a large L-shaped sofa and easy chair. Hi-lo leaf table can be used at cocktail height or raised for dining. Moving forward and to starboard is an on-deck powder room, galley opposite with large counter top and three bar stool seating. Stainless appliances complete the gourmet cooking and service area. There is a water-tight door leading to a side deck in the galley area. Note that the fully electric teak panel goes up or down to the pilot house. When closed, it’s great for night passages or galley privacy. Then up two steps to a large, raised pilot house with complete controls, electronics and communication. There are two helm chairs and a raised U-shaped settee with table. Port and starboard wing doors. The master suite has a separate stairway opposite the galley that leads directly into the master cabin, which spans the full beam. The king size berth nestles between the dark-stained nightstands and bureaus, with a desk area and sofa. Like the rest of the yacht, the raised panel bulkheads frame the classic sconces as well as the artwork. The master bath has an oval Jacuzzi tub, a separate and spacious shower and twin vanities. His and hers lockers hang on either side. Stairs from the pilothouse lead to a pleasant foyer with the VIP suite aft, of a size nearly equal to the master cabin. There is a double berth sofa with a pull-out sleeper for an extra berth when needed. The VIP suite also has a private head with a spacious stand-up shower. The forward cabin has a queen berth with hanging lockers, ample storage and its own private head with shower. The hard top covered bridge is designed to match the way people actually use their boats. The helm has twin chairs and a well equipped console that duplicates the lower instrument panel. There are Port and starboard wing stations. Just aft on each side is a pair of L-shaped settees with teak tables. Behind the seating and to port is a full galley with Viking gas barbeque, sink, refrigerator and ample counter space, giving a feel of self-sufficiency when entertaining. Opposite is a raised Jacuzzi spa. The boat deck is immense, with room for both the 15’ and the 10’ Nautica RIB tenders and 2,200 pound Nautical Structures hydraulic crane. When the tenders are in the water, this is an ideal area for sunbathing.
