Accommodations

Access is gained via custom add on extension, then entering teak aft deck via transom door. This yacht has a full teak walk-around deck and Portuguese bridge.  Engine room is accessed via hatch in the aft deck.  Salon is accessed aft via door.  Once in salon is an L-shaped sofa/settee with table to port and large custom (15) drawer, full length cabinet to starboard.  Just forward to port is the lower U-shaped galley.  Opposite galley to starboard is wet bar w/starboard exterior access door adjacent. Up (4) steps is the pilothouse. Raised settee with table just aft of lower helm plus flybridge access steps to starboard.  Flybridge features raised helm with settee, soft top, and tender/davit aft.  Once back in the pilothouse forward to starboard down (9) steps are the staterooms. Going toward bow is a guest stateroom that features single over- under berths with head. Moving aft and amidships is the full width master with berth on centerline. This cabin also features ensuite head with shower stall.

Remarks

The 54’ Defever, LIONHEART, is the perfect long range yacht for two couples.  She features Caterpillar power, (2) generators, larger fuel capacity (1250 gal), plus a full walk-around deck, including Portuguese bridge.  Her custom extension was added on to provide extra fuel tankage and storage.  LIONHEART is a well seasoned vet of many passages including South America, (2) Panama Canal transits and the Pacific Northwest.   Her owner has completed his voyages and wishes her sold.
