General Details

This solid, rugged fiberglass Cheoy Lee motorsailer is in excellent condition and ready to blue water cruise.  Under her knowledgeable ownership, MARIA has gone through a refit over the last 4 years.  Every effort has been made to maximize her sailing characteristics, including a taller new aluminum mainmast and mizzen, new rigging and additional winches and improved leads.  Thought was given for short-handed sailing, all sails are on furling systems.  A roving remote system that allows  the boat to be operated either under sail or power with bow thruster, engine controls and auto pilot from any position aboard.  The teak decks have been removed and new non skid has been applied, topsides have recently been LP.  New headliner installed.  Engine room has been updated and access to machinery has been greatly improved.  New genset.  She has twin Ford Lehman’s and is economical at 8.6 knots.  She has enclosed pilot house, teak interior finish, large open airy salon and galley.  Master cabin aft with ensuite head.  Two staterooms forward with head.  Her aft deck has a bimini top and ample seating.

You enter the raised, enclosed pilothouse via the covered aft deck, which has more that ample seating.  The wheel house has aft bench seating, desk and complete engine, navigational controls, and 360 degree viewing.  The interior is complete in teak.  Stepping down from the wheel house, you have the custom salon with L-shape seating. several occasional chairs and 270 degree viewing windows with several opening overhead hatches.  Galley is aft in the salon and is equipped for gourmet cooking.  Moving aft and down several steps is the private master cabin with double berth to port and settee to starboard, more than ample drawers and hanging lockers, and ensuite head with stall shower.  Proceeding forward and down from the salon you will find additional work space with storage below.  Engine room entrance is opposite this work space area.  Forward again is the mid guest cabin with double berth, ample storage, and hanging locker.  Opposite is the shared head and stall shower.  Forward is the second guest cabin featuring vee berths, ample storage, and hanging lockers.  On deck features walk-around side decks, ample foredeck, and anchoring system.
